My boyfriend and I took CPR and first aid training with Pam and Glenn. The training itself was very effective and he took the time to stop, talk, ando practice along the way. We had fun snd learned important skills that could save a life. You could tell how knowledgeable Glenn was but he was very kind and attentive. The only negative is we did not realize the training would be in their home with kids home. Not that it was an issue but prior communication would have been helpful. Otherwise their communication was great and they still get 5 stars!

We had the pleasure with working with Glenn with INSYNC CPR of OC and could not have had a better trainer. Our company had been in search of a CPR instructor to come to our facility to renew CPR for the staff at Bel Vista Healthcare Center. Our employees were engadged every moment of the class. Glenn also was a one stop shop. Videos were included, dummies to practice what they had learned as well as goodies. He makes awesome brownies. We are definitely are going to hire INSYNC CPR of OC for all our staff CPR renewals. Staff feedback was all positive. Hooray for Glenn and thank you again for the training.

I needed certification for a new job.Glenn called and was able to make an appointment for the next morning! It is out of their home, which was not an issue for me, but I believe they will travel to you.The one on one instruction made it easier to learn and the process was quicker than in the past. He made sure to ask if I had any questions before moving on to next segment. And the price was below the other places I looked into..I will definitely be using this company for recertification.
