Travis was a wonderful electrician. He responded right away, came completely prepared and was thorough in his assessment and repair. He ran into some unexpected corrosion and investigated, cleaned up and repaired what could easily have been left for another job. He was also a really nice guy! Standing by his word and very trustworthy. Travis even took less than he had estimated, telling my elderly mom that he didn’t want to charge for a part he didn’t need. Wicked GREAT! I’m relieved to have found “our” electrician, since we will be calling him back any time we need an electrician.

I had what seemed like a fairly straightforward electrical issue. Travis was very good at discovering the root cause. It turned out to be complex and not so easy to correct. Travis was never negative about the repair and always gave it his best efforts. He had a logical approach and came prepared to perform the work. I particularly was impressed with his communication skills and responsiveness. He would keep in touch and let you know when he would arrive etc. I believe others might have decided not to perform this repair after seeing what was involved. I am grateful to have dealt with Travis and give a high recommendation of his company
