- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. There is a fixed service call fee, and urgent or late-night calls may have a small additional charge. I offer discounts for repeat customers, multi-lock rekeys, and larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few quick questions to understand the situation and give an accurate, upfront price. Then I arrive on time, explain the work, complete everything cleanly and efficiently, and check that everything operates safely before I leave. I always keep the workspace clean and offer helpful recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional training in residential and commercial lock systems, rekeying, fresh installations, smart lock setups, and non-destructive entry techniques. I work with Schlage, Kwikset, Baldwin, and most modern smart lock brands, and I constantly update my skills as technology evolves.
