I reached out to John 3:16 Plumbing with a commercial plumbing issue, and they were quick, honest, and professional from the start. Salvador was our technician, and he was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. He gave me a fair, upfront price to replace a P-trap (parts and labor included, plus a 1-year warranty), and stuck to it—no surprises or hidden fees, even though it was a commercial location.
He was able to come out the same day and showed up right on time. The work was done efficiently and neatly, and he followed up with pictures once the job was complete. Payment was super easy, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.

I have plumbing problems now and then by far this is the best Plumber I ever had work on my house he is reasonable very clean very punctual and doesn’t try to steal money from you on over pricing of the job. He need a lot more than five stars maybe 105 stars. I will be using him in the future. I’ll also give his business cards to my friends. I trust him in my house. And you can trust him in yours

Salvador was very kind to my father when he assessed a broken pipe on the sidewalk he also explained clearly to my father of the recommendations.
After communicating with Salvador on behalf of my parents, we chose to hire his team to replace an old main pipe. A receipt of what will be done along with the time they will work was sent to me.
My father told me that they were there sooner than the scheduled time and he was happy about it because the leak would be fixed asap. He watched his team work and said it was a good job.
We highly recommend Salvador for your plumbing needs, he is kind on the phone and does a job well done.

I'm very thankful that my shower leak has been solved! Salvador and his partner were fast, professional, and fixed the problem quickly. I had another company come a week or so before for a quote and they only looked at the issue without turning the water off and quoted me an additional $200 on top of what I paid with John 3:16! I feel like my money was well spent I would work with them again!

All pricing includes parts and labor. we offer free on-site estimates and provide discounts for seniors and military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
set an appointment that fits best for customers schedules. Give customers a written estimate that will include cost for parts, labor and length of time the project will take. Once the proposal is signed we complete the job and end with a happy customer... my objective is to make sure my customers are completely satisfied with our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been plumbing for over 30 years. I Attended Los Angeles Trade Tech. I'm highly experienced in residential plumbing, commercial plumbing and new construction plumbing.
