Luis contacted me within minutes of submitting my request. I needed help immediately to get rid of a rat (not a mouse) A RAT! that had taken over my kitchen. I needed and wanted that RAT GONE IMMEDIATELY!. Luis called me and said he would be at my home within an hour. He was here and got busy. He pulled out my stove and sealed the two entry ways the rat was coming through. He also went outside and went under my home to seal off the crawl space and set traps. He was pleasant, he listened, and he responded with utmost professionalism. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered each one so that I understood exactly what was going on. Also, it just so happened that as he had completed the job, the RAT appeared. My daughter had placed an extra large sticky trap on the side of the refrigerator and the RAT went for the bait and got stuck. Luis acted quickly to make sure it was dead. He wrapped it up and disposed of the creature. We are truly grateful to have connected so quickly with Luis. He is the BEST! Thank you Luis!!!

Luis was great. He quickly got rid of our rat problem and continued to check in on us to make sure the problem didn't return. I was prepared to pay for much more significant work after another vendor scared me with a huge quote, but Luis is so honest he assured us that wasn't necessary. I will definitely keep using Luis!
