What can I say? Festival Noir did not disappoint. Service was 10/10! I hired the services for an outdoor birthday garden party. The mimosa bar was a hit! My guests were treated to four specialty mimosas and they were thoroughly impressed. Latoya was extremely professional and is a master at her craft. We are scheduling two upcoming events this summer with Festival Noir.
