- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Scratch Academy in Los Angeles founded by Jam Master J of Run DMC. I go to as many events as I can to learn trade skills from some of the best DJ's around. I look forward to NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) every year to learn about the new developments and technology in the music industry.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
For you, your party starts at 6pm but for me it started a week before. I create the set list (nerd talk), organized by BPM's (Beats per minute) with smooth transitions. All this work goes into making the right mood for your party, whether you want guest to chill out or hit the dance floor.
