FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system depends on the event type, hours required and what the client expects afterwards. For weddings, quinceaneras, sweet 16s, etc. We have three different packages. These terms can be negotiated with the client depending on their individual needs and event type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I emphasize the importance of this because it is what I expect when working with professionals. I stay in touch with my clients, give them advice and things to think about for the day of the event, and deliver within 2 weeks after the event. Upon meeting with you I like to discuss the event with my client and get a feel for what exactly they are looking for. Candid shots? Natural lighting? Wow shots? We will work together to come up with a concrete plan for the day which also includes my input in the timeline - which is extremely important to have enough time to capture the entire story from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in marketing/public relations and over 20 years in the field. I am also a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) licensed under the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) organization. The certification is a grueling two part test which ensures that the photographer is competent and knowledgeable in photography. My photography experience is five years long and I have had extensive courses, training and field experience that has enabled me to deliver outstanding results. I see beyond the photograph and can advise my clients on the best use of their photography in any situation. My marketing background combined with my photography experience gives me an advantageous edge beyond most photographers.
