- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Within 5 miles there is no travel charge. Beyond 5 miles I will charge $25 6-10 miles, $50 11-15 miles, $75 16-20 miles, $100 21+ miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick chat on the phone to ensure we understand the type of notarization then schedule a convenient time to meet up and execute the paperwork.
