My parents' MAC was recently having issues and being across the state I was not able to help my parents via phone (they are not tech savvy at all). I had no idea who to contact so I quickly did a Google search and came across Fire Net Security and their technician Oscar. I am beyond pleased with the services provided by Oscar and this company. I reached out on a Saturday and I received a response that same day. They were able to service my parents' computer on Tuesday. After evaluation, further services were provided on Wednesday and finalized on Thursday. Oscar was able to service that computer at my parents' house and when needed, he took the desktop with him to finish at his own workspace. He was very flexible and answered all the questions that we had. He was able to fox the problems and return the computer to a workable condition. My parents were very pleased with his professionalism. What was BEST was that Oscar is bilingual and being that my parents only spoke Spanish, made the experience much more comfortable. In addition, Oscar communicated with me via email throughout the whole process to make sure I was updated and I knew what they were getting charged for and what would be done with the computer. Finally, the cost for this repair was very affordable. I was very happy! Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be contacting this company again if my family, friends or I ever need any technology assistance again! Thank you Oscar and Fire Net Security!
