Kyle Douvros is a truly excellent property manager. He manages my rental property in Santa Monica property while I live out-of-state. I no longer stress about maintenance, tentant or HOA issues because Kyle is on top of it all. He even managed the process of making design updates in my unit (new floors, closets, fireplace and appliances) in order to increase my property’s rental value. I could not ask for a better property manager.

We hired SIG Property Management to lease out our condo in Glendale. From the moment we met Mike Shaar and Monique Reneaux I knew we had the right company to get the job done. They were very nice and extremely professional. We were are on a tight schedule which I explained and they understood and worked within our schedule. They did a great job of advertising the unit and showing it. We had lots of prospective tenants. They were great at keeping in touch with us and letting us know what was going on from beginning to end. We got great tenants and all thanks to SIG Property Management. We highly recommend them for rental of units and property management. Mike Shaar and his staff went above and beyond and met all of our expectations.

Workimg with Ahmad and his team has been such a great experience for my husband and I. Ahmad's professionalism and his dedication to help landlords and tenants is exceptional. Not only are they able to help you with all the proper lease agreement, background checks and showing your property to potential tenants. His team and him go above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible for everyone. The best part is that Ahmad and his team specially Marianela, is that they are able to make everyone feel comfortable specially in explaining in detail to them in Spanish any sort of document such as contracta, background checks etc. Rest assured you are in great hands with Ahmad and Marianela.

This place is a AMAZING.. They advertised for me. Showed the property, screened tenants; found a good one, got the lease signed and collected deposits. I've had the the tenant for 3 years. They also handle repair requests and lease renewal. All I literally have to do with this rental is collect rent that EPM has the tenant direct deposit into my checking! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have three single family homes in Encino Park that have been under several different management companies for the last 15 years....no luck with any of them. I was looking for additional rental properties and came accross Tom and Roxana Bradley at one of their Open Houses. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and follow through. Roxana said to call her anytime 24/7 and she meant it. I was further surprised when I learned they do property management,so I switched because it could not be worse than what it was....boy I was surely surprised. Now I know how a property should be managed and maintained. I do not regret my decision.

Found Charla's contact info on some rental listing so I just sort of lucked out I guess. She immediately responded with several nice options to choose from and we narrowed it down to just a few. Her timely responses and 'no nonsense' attitude helped me secure a great apartment that was getting heavy interest in addition to myself. If you want someone to get it handled for you and you're not a big fan of wasting time, don't bother calling anybody else. :)
