Rachel was great! She called and was able to come earlier than scheduled. The price was more than quoted but she had to do a lot more trimming on my dog than she expected. Though higher than I am used to paying, the convenience of having her come to my home and the quality of the grooming was worth it.

Great job and my sometimes skiddish dog warmed up to her right away. She was confident in meeting her and my dog responded by falling in love. Very nice lady and excellent groomer. She was trimmed exactly how I wanted.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quoted price is an estimate. Once we finish the job we will give you a final price. Price is based on the services chosen then any extras that come up. For example, matting, severe shedding, flea and tick and difficult animals that are aggressive or elderly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will need to fill out a new client request online. I will send the link in a message or text. This will give you options for days/times available and base pricing with options for add-ons.
