I am a contractor and have managed my properties my self for long time as I had bad experience with property management companies in the past. Since I was busy with my contractor work and my renter got behind in paying rent for 2 months I had to turn to a property management who would be more on top of collecting rents. After interviewing few companies I hired EZ Realty & Property Management company. They collected the 2 months rent that my renter was behind also suggested that I should increase rents for my property. They did a fantastic job at this 4 Plex property that after seeing how they run business I handed them my other 5 properties. My number one reason to hand them my properties was their response time, their commitment to me as an owner. They were even able to find me more rental properties to purchase where I did the full rehab and made some good profit. I am very thankful to the entire team who has been doing a great service to me. I was really impressed by Chris's services. She is unlike other realtors and goes the extra mile . I would give her 10 stars if I could because she truly deserves it. I was on the hunt for investment properties and she listened intently on my needs and goals and she was able to deliver. You can tell she is service driven and works hard for her clients. She is extremely knowledgable and her analytical skills really helped me in with my decisions. She made the whole process very enjoyable and I knew she had my best interest. She extended her network of contractors and vendors who were all excellent to help with some minor repairs and replacements. I am grateful for all her help and guidance through the buying process.

I used Priority One to manage my property in North County, before they helped meto sell it 2 years later. I dealt with the owner most of the time, which was refreshing. To be able to get a hold of Marc directly was a huge reason I enjoyed working with them so much. Any questions, issues, concerns...anything...was handled with attention and quickly. I loved how I had my own online portal and could view contracts, statements, receipts, etc. at any time. They are a one stop shop!

This is my first time working with Neil from Bella Earth Design. He was friendly, professional and had some wonderful creative design ideas. He was easy to work with and open to hearing my ideas and plant interests. I have a small house and small yard in Long Beach. I wanted a designer with a creative eye, professionalism, and some unique design ideas. He fulfilled the requirement. He was responsive to questions. His work proceeded in a timely manner without no surprises. He provided me with an email on various plants to review to get a sense of the type of plants, trees, and shrubs i am going for. We started out with an onsite initial consultation, where he was able to look at the property. He came back with two visual design options for me to choose from. The drawings included all the plant choices, ground covers, and some added visual features, which i appreciated. We reviewed both drawings and made some changes based on the consultation. His third meeting more of a final drawing where we agreed upon the final draft of what it would look like. So, now just waiting on the final budget and the work to begin. I strongly recommend you choosing Neil with Bella Earth Design for your next landscape design project.

It’s been a pleasure working with Drew. I was looking for my first income property. Drew is very personable, listened to what I was looking for and was readily available to show places. He seems to truly care to see that my needs were met. He has proven to have a good grasp of the market and negotiating skills; knowing how much I could get the place for and how much I could rent it out for.. He also shows to be very driven and hands on. Drew made sure any concerns were met such as questions to the buyer/agent, HOA, and questions pertaining to the structure were met. The place also needed some fixing up. I wanted to look into possibly updating the kitchen and bathroom a bit. He coordinated time with a contractor to look over some of my concerns. Suggestions were also made to make smaller changes that would make a big difference and they did! Ashley; one of the staff members is also very pleasant and has also been very helpful. Buying a home can be a stressful process. Drew made sure everything went as smoothly and efficiently as possible in a very timely manner. I had planned to have Avanti then manage the property. Drew handpicked the tenants and it’s going to be rented for the price I wanted within a very short time span! I couldn’t be more pleased!

HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LEASING AGENTS I USED WERE GOOD AT MOST ON ONE OF THESE KEY ITEMS. ZENPLACE PROPERTY MGMT HOWEVER IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT FOCUSES ON ALL.
