I had already indicated to Francisco that one part of the house has a short. Francisco should not have spent time replacing fuses and checking for the short, which did not work. Even I could tell that a short has to be diagnosed by tracing the wiring on the circuit to find the fault. I had to pay Francisco his diagnostic fees but he could not fix the work (circuit has a short) for which I hired him. Fairly disappointed:(
