Introduction: I am your North Bay handyman. I believe in hard work, being on time and doing what it takes to make the client happy. I do any small job around the house. This includes the following: * hanging of shelves * fixing wall holes * painting * woodwork * texture * hanging of blinds * steam cleaning of carpets * fixing clogged drains * installing faucets * replacing leaking pipes * mowing lawns * hedging * irrigation Almost any job you need done, I can do. I also offer the following services: * sub floor repair * pressure washing (I have my own 3,000 PSI Landa washer) * laminate flooring installation * finish work * laying sub floor * framing * second story joist * rolling truss My clients like the fact that I am prompt. I won't attempt to do something I am not qualified to do. I am meticulous with the projects I work on. I am reasonably priced. They like the fact that I have my own complete work shop. I am able to take measurements, do whats needed to be done at my shop, and bring it to the job completed. I am prepared to supply references and pictures of jobs I have worked on. I give free estimates if you live within a 20-mile radius. I charge $100 outside the area but give you 2 hours of work toward the job if you hire me.

Recently had SD Services paint the entire interior of our home. 5-Stars 1) Gave fixed bid estimate for work that included review of design options 2) Showed up on time 3) Busted it out and were done in 1 day (came back in the AM for clean up and touch ups as it was hard to see everything until paint dries) 4) Awesome work. Like a brand new home. 5) Great attitude when I slightly increased the project scope in mid project.

Just used SD Services for some furniture assembly work. I was impressed by the level of professionalism, the honesty and hard work. Leo was on time and liked to explain what he was doing. It's clear that he's passionate about fixing things up and using those power tools. Even when the instructions were vague, he was able to figure things out. He's organized, has a ton of tools and methodical.
