Marco told me he would be at my home on Thursday, May 29th after 12 noon. I texted him in the morning to say I would be at my home from 12:30pm for the rest if the afternoon. He never emailed me back and he NEVER showed up. I never heard from him. That evening I texted him to say that I waited all afternoon for him, and he could, at the very least, treated me that he would not be at my house. He responded that he had an emergency. I can accept that, but he has NEVER reached out and texted me again about setting up another time to check my sprinkler system. Very Unprofessional . This my first time using Thumbtack, and my last. Lois Layne Sonoma *UPDATE*: After I posted the 1 star review earlier , Marco called me today and set up a time to come to my home and check my sprinkler system. He explained his wife had been in a car accident on the day he was supposed to come to my house. He checked the sprinkler system for me. I appreciated his help. So, I am updating my review to 4 stars.

After discovering a broken water sprinkler pipe in my front lawn, I looked around for a company to repair it. Marco responded within 1/2 and hour, gave me a fair quote for the work, and had one of his crew come out the next day. His worker Jesus diagnosed the problem, and had the sprinkler replaced and working correctly, even adjusting all the other sprinklers for optimum coverage. At the end, everything was cleaned up and disposed of properly. If Pinos Landscaping can take care of such a small job so quickly and efficiently, I have no doubt they would be capable of a larger project. Thanks to Marco and Jesus for a job well-done.

Working with Marco and Jesus was a pleasure. They responded quickly to our request and we were able to diagnose and fix our sprinkler valve issues within the same day. The also made sure the other valves were working and all sprinklers functioned correctly. They were wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again in the future.
