Steve went above and beyond. I needed to repair my printer but after comparing the repair costs, he offered an upgrade for slightly more than the repair cost and I couldn't be happier with my new printer. Steve delivered it and set it up for me at home at no extra charge 😀. He has a great personality that comes through the phone and even better in person. Very professional and punctual. I highly recommend Steve and will definitely use him again 👌🏽
