Over the phone Steven helped me with one printer problem. The second issue needed his visit. He arrived on time, quickly grasp the problem and proceeded professionally to resolve it AND show me what I can do in the future. Trust him and engage him if you need help with a recalcitrant printer. I'm darn glad I did.

Steve responded to my call and showed up to fix the problem with my printer all in one day. Steve was friendly, professional, efficient, and did quality work at a very reasonable price. He explained clearly what had to be done, then repaired it quickly and properly and even finished off with some overdue maintenance and instructions on proper cleaning of the scanner. I will hire Steve next time I have an issue with my printers in the future and I highly recommend him.

Steven was wonderful. He went above and beyond in trying to fix my Canon printer, and finally figuring out it was beyond repair. The most amazing thing was, he had an HP printer to sell me but it was at his office. He was so concerned that I had been without a printer for four days, and his schedule was very full for the rest of the week, that he went back to his office some 45 to an hour away, waited for traffic to ease up, and brought back my new printer and set it up that evening. I can not say enough good things about this hard working and knowledgeable man. It is difficult to find people that care about their customers the way he does. I am truly grateful!
