We got several quotes from different pool companies, and Luis gave us the best one. While others insisted we needed a new pump and filter for our vacuum to work (including our old pool guy), Luis told us we only needed a new filter—and he was right! That saved us money, which we used to install a new salt cell instead (less maintenance—love it!).
He also did a shock treatment that cleared up buildup on the pool floor and steps. Other companies said we’d need to resurface the pool to make it look good again—Luis proved that wasn’t necessary.
He was prompt, professional, and responsive, and came exactly when he said he would. Super reliable and clearly cares about his clients. I’ll definitely use him again for any pool needs. Highly recommend!

After living in this house for over 25 years, our pool had reached approximately 35 years without any remodeling-it was long overdue. I contacted two companies for estimates, but their pricing was unreasonably high and didn't inspire trust. A friend recommended Caribbean Blue Pool Services, and I'm glad I listened. Luis arrived within about an hour and a half, and the difference was clear from the start-prompt, professional, and with pricing that was far more competitive. He completely renovated the pool, including new plaster, waterline tile, coping, and a full replacement of the surrounding concrete deck, which had extensive cracking. The workmanship was exceptional, and the results are stunning.

I was dealing with a severe water loss issue in my pool-easily 8 to 10 inches per week.
This was far beyond normal summer evaporation and clearly indicated a major leak. I reached out to several companies, but none gave me the confidence to move forward-until I contacted Luis. He promptly performed a comprehensive leak detection and identified that the skimmer was deteriorated and the suction line was compromised. I approved the repairs, and he replaced both the skimmer and suction line with high-quality components. It's been over three weeks since the repair, and the water level has remained completely stable. Luis impressed me with his professionalism, punctuality, and meticulous jobsite cleanliness. My pool had been losing water at an alarming rate. At first, I thought it was just summer evaporation, but over the last three weeks, it became obvious that something was seriously wrong. I contacted two companies, and both told me I needed to replace the plumbing-an expensive fix-but honestly, I didn't feel confident in their assessments.
I found Luis through Thumbtack after reading his reviews and decided to reach out. He came quickly, performed a full inspection, and to my surprise, the plumbing was not the issue at all. Instead, he identified two structural cracks in the shell of the pool as the source of the leak.
He recommended structural crack repair using Steel Rebar Staples and a high-strength epoxy specifically designed for pool cracks. It's now been over three months, and the pool hasn't lost a drop of water. I highly recommend this team-very knowledgeable, honest, and truly professional.
