I had a persistent leak in my pool and called two companies-both gave vague, overpriced, and incorrect diagnoses. Then I found Caribbean Blue Pool Services. Luis quickly pinpointed the real fault: a compromised skimmer assembly and suction line. Both were fully replaced with new Schedule 40 PVC and gasketed fittings, pressure-tested to 30 psi for 30 minutes before the concrete was repoured. The work was meticulous, the hydraulic loop is now airtight, and the pool is performing at optimal flow. He also ensured proper bonding and alignment to prevent future stress fractures at connection points. Flow rates and pressure readings are now within spec, and system integrity has been fully restored. This company is highly, highly recommended for its technical precision and integrity.

Previous assessments were inaccurate, both our pressure testing and line isolation confirmed the exact failure points. Repairs were completed with permanent code compliant solutions.

The tile on my pool was very old and many pieces had already fallen off. I wanted to replace the tile but didn't have the budget for a full replastering. Luis came out to inspect the pool and told me there was no need to spend that much just an acid wash and detailed sanding would be enough. And he was absolutely right. The surface now looks like it just came out of the factory, and with the new tile installed, the transformation is unbelievable. They used a precision sanding technique to smooth out the surface and followed it with a professional-grade acid wash to restore the finish. The tile installation was clean, level, and perfectly aligned. What a team. Their professionalism and honesty really set them apart. I highly recommend them!

Upon inspection, we found that the plaster was structurally in great condition, the discoloration was due to poor maintenance practices, including overuse of Cooper based products and aggressive chemicals. Instead of recommending a full replastering, we performed a high grade acid wash using controlled dilution and proper dwell time to safely lift surface stains. This was followed by a detailed hand sanding to refine the finish and ensure a smooth, uniform texture. We're glad we could deliver an honest, precise solution and refresh your pool's look.

I contacted this company because I wanted to install a heater for my pool. I had never had one before, and I didn't even have a gas line installed. Luis and his team came out, inspected everything thoroughly, and got straight to work. In just three days, they completed the entire installation both the heater and the new gas line. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They installed a high-efficiency gas heater with full automation capability, integrated into my existing pool system. The gas line was pressure tested and passed inspection before activation. All connections were sealed with approved bonding and grounding according to code compliance. Highly recommended!

After contacting several companies due to severe water loss in my fiberglass pool, I was shocked by how overpriced and vague most estimates were. Then I found Luis and his team the difference was immediate. He identified two structural cracks and carried out a full fiberglass-specific repair. All materials used were exclusively designed for fiberglass pools, ensuring proper bonding and durability. The job was completed with a professional application of gelcoat, the original finishing layer for fiberglass pools, leaving it looking like it just came from the factory. They performed detailed surface prep, including mechanical sanding and chemical etching, followed by precision resin layup. The results were flawless and structurally sound. Unfortunately, other companies had provided vague or unrealistic repair suggestions without addressing the core issue, this type of pool requires specific resins and gealcoats compatible with fiberglass substrates. Using improper materials can lead to deamination or further leaks. We used original fiberglass approved products and followed strict prep and bonding protocols to ensure a long lasting repair. I was talking with my neighbor after he had his pool remodeled with new plaster and tile. When he mentioned the cost, I was shocked way beyond my budget. Out of curiosity, I called two other companies, but the prices were still very high. I really wanted new plaster because my pool surface was badly stained. Then we found Caribbean Blue Pool Services and spoke with Luis. After inspecting the pool, he told us a full replaster wasn't necessary the existing plaster was structurally sound, just heavily stained due to improper chemical use by previous service companies. He recommended an acid wash and detailed sanding instead. Honestly, I agreed to take the risk. But the results far exceeded my expectations. The plaster looks immaculately clean like new. I'm truly impressed by the knowledge, honesty, and workmanship. Highly recommended.
