I was dealing with a severe water loss issue in my pool-easily 8 to 10 inches per week.
This was far beyond normal summer evaporation and clearly indicated a major leak. I reached out to several companies, but none gave me the confidence to move forward-until I contacted Luis. He promptly performed a comprehensive leak detection and identified that the skimmer was deteriorated and the suction line was compromised. I approved the repairs, and he replaced both the skimmer and suction line with high-quality components. It's been over three weeks since the repair, and the water level has remained completely stable. Luis impressed me with his professionalism, punctuality, and meticulous jobsite cleanliness. I highly recommend his team-they're exactly who you want when facing a serious structural or plumbing issue in your pool.

My pool had been losing water at an alarming rate. At first, I thought it was just summer evaporation, but over the last three weeks, it became obvious that something was seriously wrong. I contacted two companies, and both told me I needed to replace the plumbing-an expensive fix-but honestly, I didn't feel confident in their assessments.

After living in this house for over 25 years, our pool had reached approximately 35 years without any remodeling-it was long overdue. I contacted two companies for estimates, but their pricing was unreasonably high and didn't inspire trust. A friend recommended Caribbean Blue Pool Services, and I'm glad I listened. Luis arrived within about an hour and a half, and the difference was clear from the start-prompt, professional, and with pricing that was far more competitive. He completely renovated the pool, including new plaster, waterline tile, coping, and a full replacement of the surrounding concrete deck, which had extensive cracking. The workmanship was exceptional, and the results are stunning.
