I could only check 3 but Miguel was all the above and then some. Miguel was so patient with me. I am computer illiterate. He took the time to walk me through every step and made great suggestions on how to protect my computer in the future. His knowledge of his trade is obvious. I know that he spent way more time with me than he expected but he was happy to do so. Although my issue will not be solved right away Miguel has given me a great deal of confidence to move forward using my computer. His advise was so appreciated. THANK YOU MIGUEL!!!!!! Don Shepherd
