- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair, transparent, and based on the scope of the job. I provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees, so customers know exactly what to expect. I also offer competitive rates and discounts for seniors, military, and repeat customers. For larger jobs or installations, I’m happy to work with your budget and offer package deals when possible. Quality work and honest pricing are what I stand by.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening to their needs—whether it’s a repair, replacement, or new installation.Once we agree on the best solution, I walk them through the process, give a clear price, and schedule the job at a time that works for them. I always make sure the work is done safely, cleanly, and professionally, and I follow up to ensure they’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education has come from hands-on experience in the field. I’ve worked alongside skilled professionals, completed manufacturer training programs, and kept up with the latest garage door systems and safety standards. Over the years, I’ve learned everything from basic repairs to full installations, and I’m always improving my skills to give customers the best and safest service possible.
