I had mini splits installed that fell off the wall after install because not all screws were installed in the plate. I had issues with the techs using my tools and other shady things go on during there time at the house. A filter went missing and Luis told me he ordered a replacement for me and now 5 months have gone by and still no filter. I’ve reached out over 10 times via text and call and either no response or a lady on the phone says she’ll look into it and never get back to you. Very bad communication all around.

Edit: After the review was noted, Luis responded the next day and delivered the missing parts as requested.
