We hired Doug to replace a poorly constructed porch step that was a safety hazard. Doug was on time and did quality work. We are happy with the end result. He had solid communication throughout the project. We had to make a few revisions to the project as it progressed and Doug understood and accommodated us accordingly.

Doug was super friendly and obviously knew what he was doing- he gave me multiple options for the job I needed done within various price ranges and explained exactly why each option cost the way it did. He was very transparent and clear, I was never confused about what was being done. I really appreciated his friendly attitude, and he reminded me of Fix-it-Felix from the Wreck-it Ralph movie too! 10/10 high recommend him!
