Mitch came over to fix our shower which had a growing crack right down the middle. Unfortunately for us the whole thing needed to come out and an entire new shower installed; the job was quoted at a few days but he actually stayed late one day because he "was on a roll" and finished ahead of schedule (since it was the only shower in the house THAT was nice). The new tub that we got was slightly more complex than our last, but he took the old one out and got the new one in as if he had done it a hundred times before. He kept us updated daily and was actually a nice guy to have a conversation with. We would totally recommend him to our friends, family, and anyone in need of repairs - I would definitely call him an expert!
This was all done on the second floor of the duplex, so bonus points for all the trips up and down the stairs. He even thought of things we didn't expect and seemed to have everything planned out one step ahead of one step ahead. I almost want to have something bad to say to keep this review sounding honest, but maybe that's what was so striking about the whole thing: I can't think of anything...
ps.- probably left the bathroom a little cleaner than when he started, too

Mitch responded quickly and gave an accurate assessment of the problem. Easy-going relationship and felt very comfortable with his work ethic. Would use Mitch again in the future.

Mitch was absolutely awesome. Came right over to do an estimate on a small job, and scheduled the service straight away after the part was in. Couldn't be happier with his professionalism, extensive knowledge, experience and jovial demeanor. A great resource to call on for small or large plumbing challenges!

Mitch completely replumed my whole 2 bath house all thru finish , I'm a contractor myself & have done most of my own plumbing so I know a good job when I see it, He,s very conscientious & easy to communicate with and always answered my calls, he's on the job when he says he will be there, very quality work, very fair in prices & honest , I had him do a second house because of the 1st job he did, I will continue to use Mitch & I Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
