This was an unexpected remodel. After interviewing several contractors I went with Chris. He was very detailed and explained the process in dept. Any kind of remodel is tuff because you have strangers in your personal space. I just moved into this house and was tired of people coming in and out. I just finished unpacking and found out there was mold and a leak in my shower. I had to do a remodel in both the tub and the shower. I can appreciate how trust worthy Chris and his workers are. We had severe water damage and pretty much had to gut our entire first floor. Two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and 1300 sq. ft of 24" x 24" porcelain tile. HomePros USA came in, took control of the situation and eight weeks later we had a completely new first floor. They even helped with the insurance adjuster. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We really don't have a set pricing system due to the fact that every job and every customer is different. However, as professionals, we do use a combination of technology, industry standards, and years of experience to provide our customers the most clear, concise and accurate quotes as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process is as follows: 1. Set Initial Free On Site Estimate and Design Consultation Appointment. - The Initial appointment generally takes less than an hour although we schedule as much time as needed. We will go over scope, design options, materials, process... the objective is to draw out the complete vision for the project in order to provide you with an accurate, itemized, and detailed quote with design details. 2. With 48 hours of our initial appoint we will provide you an accurate, itemized, and detailed quote with design details. 3. We will follow up with you within 24 hours of quote to discuss any questions, additions, and/or changes. Once an agreement is made on scope and price; a follow up appointment is set to review and approve paperwork. At this point a start date and schedule is tentatively set. 4. A detailed list of material suppliers (via internet or physical visit) will be provided and we will walk you through the entire process of material and design decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly updating and adding to my education with seminars, classes, and technical training. I also attend tradeshows and industry groups in order to keep up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in order to offer our customers the latest cutting edge product and procedures.
