- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $140 per session. The sessions are about 45 - 50 minutes in length.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. If the customer does not feel it is a good fit, he or she has the right to decline the session. However, almost always, the customer chooses to come in. At the first session, the customer comes in and fills out a few simple forms and then the counseling begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. I graduated in 2003 and have gained extensive experience for over 10 years. I have taken many continuous education classes to keep me up-to-date, but the greatest experiences I have for almost all my clients, is the amazing progress they make.
