FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked for several large plumbing companies and I know first hand how inflated their pricing can be. Because I'm a small operation, I can afford to offer fair prices to my customers, and it is my goal to try to find several service options to fit every customer's budget. I also offer a 10% discount to seniors and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a walk-thru with new customers in their home to make sure there is nothing that could go wrong in the future with their plumbing. I also educate them upon request, about how to shut off the water or gas in emergency situations. Finally, I try to check in with them at the completion of the job to answer any questions or concerns they may have. A happy customer is a repeat customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a plumbing trade program at ROP in Anaheim for 2 years then I went on and attended their heating and AC program for 1 year. Over the years I have done lots of training classes and certifications to stay current in my field. I also hold an EPA certification as well.
