- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few choices to choose from. Cancellations must give a minimum of 48 hour notice or session will be considered completed and charged as such. No Insurance Accepted No Refunds
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process in working with couples goes like this...Initially, I like to meet with each person individually. So, 1 on 1 at least for 1 or 2 sessions. I do this, so that I am able to understand your perspective on the relationship. I will also ask you some information about the past and a little about your up bringing, not too much, but enough to gain an idea of who you are and discover what has gotten you to where you are today. Then, we come together as a group, all 3 of us, and begin to tackle some of the challenges you are facing. Throughout our sessions, we discuss topics such as communication, how to decode each other's messages, what love and respect means, and why it is important. I will give you a quiz to determine your love language and talk about how to keep one another's love tank full. We go over this crazy cycle of arguing and not having any positive results, I messages, and so much more! I will send you some videos and we will do some skills practices as we see fits. I have had couples that were already separated and some even divorced that learned how to make it work. I know that if you truly commit yourself to your relationship, that can be you too!

Daphne has over 20 years of experience speaking and coaching people of all ages and from all aspects of life. She, herself has been through many trials and come out strong!
