The job was fascia board and roof replacement. The job went well, and I am pleased with the finished results.
Ron was very professional and so good to answer questions.

Ron came out and gave us a thorough and reasonable review of the job to be done. I appreciate that he didn't try and sell us more than what was necessary to fix the problem. (He even told us that we could do some of it ourselves and would show us how. But we opted to hire him to do the work :)
Scheduling took a little while due to busy summer schedules on both our parts - but he got the job done within the specified range and one day before a major rainstorm.
We had some continued problems in the rainstorm, and within a week Ron himself came back to the site to investigate and further repair. We're awaiting the next showers to test it again, but am confident that if/when we have another issue, Ron will stand by his work and help us out. I'd happily hire him again for the next job.
Thanks!

This is one of the strangest reviews for work he never had a chance to complete. I was in the process of selling my home and I knew the roof was going to be an issue. Because of scheduling issues with both of us, Ron offered a preliminary estimate based off of a home inspection report. Soon after he came out and walked the job and the estimate only increased slightly based off of items unseen in the report. Because of a less than desirable appraisal during escrow we had to use the roof as a negotiation tool. Ron assured me, if I needed it replaced, his crew could get to me before escrow closed. The new buyer ultimately accepted the roof as is and Ron was very gracious when he heard the news. Not only was his estimate fair but he was attentive to my unique situation and helpful with the process. Very professional!
Details: Shingles or tiles need to be repaired or replaced • Flashing needs to be repaired or replaced • Entire portions of roof need to be repaired • Interior (attic or ceiling) water stains or leaks • Single-level building • All flat and walkable • 11 - 20 years old • Asphalt shingles • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential

My roof was a mess due to incorrect installations from the previous owner but Ron fixed everything up perfectly. I got about 10 other quotes and his was the most reasonably priced and the work came out great. Highly recommend

My 30 years old concrete roof was leaking into my garage, so out the rain bucket, then a second bucket. Roofing tiles were slipping and mortar caps were missing or cracked. It was time for a inspection and maintenance repairs. After three estimates, it was clear that Ron Paveloff had the knowledge, experience, and my confidence that he was the one for me. He pointed out all the little things that other roofer's did not even notice as potential problems. In the future, "He's My 1st. Choice"!
Thanks you Mr. Paveloff!
I'm happy as a clam.
Ron Paveloff Construction Services's reply
Alan you awesome! Thank you so much!
