I am a realtor or real estate agent and have a clogged storm drain at my backyard. I called my regular plumber who doesn't have the hydro jet machine, so I called around other plumbers/rooters via Thumbtack and Yelp. Most of them didn't call me back, but Ben Foster is the guy he called me right away and answered me many questions I asked, but he patiently explained or educated me how hydro jetting and other plumbing components worked, etc... What's a good professional plumber! He then provided me a very competitive quote and we agreed to start the following week. Not only he completed his job well done for hydro jetting and replaced a pipe section in front yard, but also I ended up to hire him to install a new water pressure regulator. I can't thank enough to Ben and Victor, his partner (I joked with him that they should be a duo "Ben and Jerry" because in fact they are very friendly and humorous to chat) In short, I definitely will hire him again for future plumbing projects and will highly recommend Ben's Leak Masters to anyone included my relatives, my real estate buyers and sellers.
