- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on event. It is all based on what package (basic,gold,platinum) you select and the amount of service hours you require. The price can range anywhere from $400-$3500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is unique so we like to meet our clients and gather as much information about their event to be able to provide the best possible service. Once we meet up we generate an estimate and if everything looks good the client can make a $100 deposit to secure the event date. All other details will be gathered as soon as the client provides them. Lastly we check in with our clients a week before their event just to make sure nothing has changed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this trade since I graduated high school back in 2009. I was taught by DJ Alex Sanchez which was my mentor for about a year. After that I kept practicing and learning on my own. I have now been djing for 8 years and I don't plan on slowing down.
