- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based off the curated packages. We are very flexible to accommodate our clients packages to fit their needs and or budget. We do require a 20% down payment to secure a date which goes towards your package of choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a date to meet up with our clients and go over their event. Once we hear the wants and needs, we go though our best options to meet or exceed those choices. After coming to an agreement and the date is secured we will follow up 2 weeks before to go through a run down of everything that will happen at the event. If things need to change we have 2 weeks to make that happen.
