- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can re-build a whole house or just install a smoke detector, or even just hold a lonely person's hand and visit. We are a Christian run business. There is no charge for an estimate on any item you want done. Our cleaning services are structured as follows: Carpet cleaning: 18 cents s.f., Stain protection 15 cents s.f., Apply a disinfectant 15 cents s.f., Upholstery cleaning $12.50 l.f., Ozone treatment and thermal fogging 4 cents cu.ft, Air duct cleaning $80.00 per register, Tile and grout cleaning 75 cents s.f.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are sent to special schooling in Sacramento to learn about the latest methods and tools available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1972 I was a full time fire fighter working 10 days per month and I started a cleaning business on my days off. In 1986, I expanded to include carpet cleaning. I am a go getter and always ready to take on any problem a customer has and if I can not fix or repair their problem, I research and find someone who can for my customer. I now have a fleet of trucks, vans, carpet cleaning machines, own two fixed business locations, and am happy with my decision to work for myself. My customers are my bosses!
