I’ve always gone to a massage therapist’s studio so I felt a bit self-conscious getting a massage at home because my place is so tiny. Stephen was a true professional as he set up his table and adapted to the limited space with ease. My initial inquiries about his services were promptly answered via text, and he was thoughtful and respectful during the massage. He is skilled in finding and releasing knots while moving energy through the meridians. Stephen is generous with his time and shows genuine care about your experience and your body’s return to balance. A friend recommended Stephen to me, and I highly recommend him to you.
Great customized training to go with your goals and abilities. Funny and patient too! Atmosphere is perfect to get a solid workout in, without feeling self-conscience. Ask for Chris Acosta!
Mike is a great instructor. I was a novice in the self defense game. Mike was patient and took time to provide proper instruction. Mike would spend time with each student and demonstrate proper techniques. I have moved out of state and can't find another instructor like Mike.
I'm in my early 50's, and have been working with Colton for about 6 weeks now, with a goal of weight loss, strength training, and general fitness, and I feel great. He's helped me with some posture and range-of-motion issues, after years of a sedentary lifestyle. Besides being very personable and outrageously fit, he is a teacher, and shows not only how to do the exercises and avoid injury, but explains the "why" behind the routines as well. And he makes the workouts interesting, throwing in some boxing and self-defense, along with the variety of routines designed to meet my fitness goals. Hes very conscientious and considerate of my time and abilities. I highly recommend Colton to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Where do I began, Jarrod is an amazing coach hands down! When I first started training with him I always felt I was going to fail, but he believe in me so I started to, he got me in the best shape of my life and ready for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament in 4 months in the boys division. Jarrod is the definition of intensity he loves doing this, and that's what makes his coaching that much more beneficial cause all he want you to do is try, never give up and push your self. By training with him I never thought it would effect my thought process my emotions and my life in such a positive way. I wouldn't want to train with anyone else. I have such high respect for Jarrod! Nothing but amazing coaching he's a joy to be around and he knows what he's doing! Why wouldn't you want a instructor like him?
Will is no doubt a top notch instructor. From my personal experience with him, I can say with confidence that he is the man to go to for anything related to self defense. I consider him the best in the business as his knowledge is priceless. The biggest thing that holds me back from continuing my training with him is me being in school and living at home without a job.
You will not find a better nutritionist and health coach than Shizumi. Since I began working with her I have lost 50 pounds, have gained huge amounts of energy and am in the greatest shape I have ever been in my life. She not only got me eating and exercising better but also improved my overall outlook on myself and my life. She has also helped me work on my confidence, organization skills, self image, and put perspective to what I direction I am moving in my life. I cannot put into words how much she has helped and educated me and I hope that anyone looking for a nutritionist has the good fortune to meet Shizumi.
I teach self-defense and sports jiu jitsu at Gracie Jiu Jitsu and have a brown belt. I offer excellent one-on-one instruction; let's roll.
I've been doing martial arts and MMA for 25 years. I'm looking for a client who has a son or daughter/parents who want to learn how to defend themselves. I've been training families/clients at their own home for 7 years. I love watching my clients' confidence grow as they learn self-defense techniques.

We give women the tools to fight back and empower them with knowledge. Also, we train security, law enforcement and loss prevention in self-protection, so they are safe when on duty.
I am a more than 20-year practitioner of eskrima, which is a form of Filipino martial arts. I am highly knowledgeable in the "sweet science," which is boxing. I have a 4-year study of krav maga at University of Krav Maga located in San Francisco, CA. I am new to the area. My main goal and focus is not your money but to instruct and teach. At a very young age, I began my lifelong study of defending myself and my family. I aim to teach people who may need it. It is a way to have comfort and knowledge of themselves to protect them and their loved ones or property. Give me a call, or email me. I will beat any price quote out there that you have been given elsewhere. Thank you. Ricky
I've been doing martial arts since I was 12, and I started with tae kwon do and got my black belt by the age 14 and my junior instructor certification at the age of 16, and I have been teaching off and on since then. What you'll get from me and not anyone else is that I have studied every aspect of martial arts, from the physical kinesiology of the movements and techniques we do to exercise/weightlifting techniques and regimen composition and nutrition and eating habits and also the most commonly overlooked aspect, the mental and psychological (spiritual) side which is very important for a well-rounded martial artist and especially for anyone who wants to become a black belt. As for me, I am a third-degree black belt in tae kwon do but also a black belt in judo, hapkido, tae kuk mu sul, and aikido, as well as being well versed in many more style and arts. I competed in numerous point-sparring tournaments when I was younger and loved it. I also played high school football and college rugby which also effected effects my athletic style. I definitely enjoy teaching people of all ages; however, teaching little or young kids is often the most rewarding and fun. Just because I teach kids doesn't mean I can't teach adults, and it doesn't mean I can't teach people to really fight or defend themselves in real-world situations. If you come wanting to develop realistic fighting skills, I got you covered too. In fact, I am in need of a new sparring partner, and trust me, sparring is the most fun way to burn hundreds of calories and workout every muscle in your body all at the same time. It is quite possibly my favorite part of being a martial artist because you can't learn to fight without fighting.
My Father is my Instructor and we have created our own style to better ourselves to become unique from all other styles. We are pioneers of the real mixed martial artists. Seeing people improve become confident and hearing there stories years later on how we improved their lives and minds.
