They were great. The appointment was made on line and I had several calls informing me of their tech Donald arrival time. He diagnosed the issue and then returned the next day and did a great job with a tricky plumbing issue. I would absolutely use Earls again. This was a good experience with a very professional business.

Oscar was very helpful and professional. He worked really hard to get the problem fixed. He did a great job and also very nice and clean worker. Would definitely use him again for my Oroville property. Also came earlier and should and explained everything before and after doing the repairs.

I'm very impressed with the way this water heater install went. Don came out, spent time evaluating what had to be done and came up with a price range I was comfortable with. From my view, the situation looked impossible, but Don said it could be done. What really impressed me was the next afternoon appointment, probably no more than 3 hours total.
