Derrick was very professional from the time i spoke with him. He was honest and told me all the issues of my A/C. He was fair with his prices. Thank you so much!

Derek, the owner, came out on labor day weekend and on short notice and fixed our AC. He was fast, fair, and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to others . Keep up the good work Derek!

Refused to provide receipt for installed parts, obviously was going to put in used parts, when confronted said he doesnt want my business

Details: Replace an existing A/C unit • Packaged system • Homeowner or property manager (done) • Attic • Roof • Less than 1,000 sq ft • One story • House

Ascent Mechanical's reply
You are correct. As a business we have the right to refuse service. We have never and will never install bad or used parts. You have been unreasonable since the beginning of this relationship and it makes more sense for me to pull away now before you falsely accuse me of something else.
