We will be happy to explain all of our pricing and how we get those prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nikki is our receptionist who will make first contact and schedule an appointment. I will show up to your home in a wrapped vehicle and will thoroughly explain each and every step we take while answering any questions you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was put through refrigeration school in Ohio. Also I went through an electrical apprenticeship in Ohio. When I moved to California I took several classes on residential HVAC.
