FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Great question and an important one! My rate is typically at $60 per session (industry standard) at 10 sessions. When you buy 20 plus sessions my rate drops by 17% giving you $50 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Personal Training my assessment process is essential. During the assessment we will take measurements, review any need to know medical history, and go through a number of physical assessments such as a Static Postural Assessment, Over Head Squat Assessment, Gait Analysis, we will look at your CO2 Tolerance and your breathing mechanics by looking at rib cage expansion through The Reach Test. These assessments are what separate me from the rest of the industry because so much of my focus is postural and bio-mechanics based.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified NASM Coach and CHEK Practitioner. I also hold an ONNIT Kettlebell Coach Certification and Savage Steel Mace Certification.
