Our Owner & President, Matt Kirchoff, was raised in Wisconsin by two career Real Estate Brokers, and his experiences in construction, remodeling and sales/marketing started as soon as he could swing a hammer. Matt served for 8 years in the Army Corps of Engineers as a Heavy Construction Equipment Sergeant, with one deployment to Afghanistan during OEF VII in 2006. Matt holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from UW Madison with an emphasis in mechanical & electrical building systems, and an Executive MBA from the UWM Lubar School of Business.
