Josh answered my request almost immediately as well as my followup questions. His quote was competitive and the actual cost was even lower. In 2013 we hired a landscape design company that referred us to a fire pit builder/plumber. Because of various challenges we were not able to get the fire pit up and running, in addition to it not being a priority. Due to the pandemic we have spent more time at home and decided to make the fire pit a priority. We needed a licensed and experienced plumber, therefore, we decided to use Thumbtack because of several successful hires/projects in the past. Josh with Bradley Plumbing Systems reached out to us and said he would like to take a look at this project. When Josh arrived he was professional and consulted us on what was needed to get it up and running based on what I knew and what he evaluated, initially. Due to the challenges we experienced in the initial build of the fire pit, Josh ran into several hurdles (I had thoughts it was not going to be easy to complete), but that did not stop him from solving each. At the end of the day, after a lot of effort he was able to complete the project.
