- What types of customers have you worked with?
I can bartend all sorts of events whether it's the big wedding day and you have 800 guests or you just need someone for a Super Bowl Party. I am familiar with dozens of shots and cocktails. I can manage beer from bottle, can, or kegs. I know wines well enough. I know how to conserve and make your alcohol last the event. If the bar is not open, I am familiar with most POS systems and can use a register or even the old "Tally" system.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Multitasking is the key to successful bartending. Make sure your bartender has the ability to keep up with multiple orders and tasks. Basically they can operate a chaotic bar but their personality and customer service will make you think that they are barely busy. If a bartender panics; it's all down hill from there. Bartenders who started at the bottom learn to multitask as they move up and have barbacked or have been a server before.
