- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is average per the local industry. We offer discounts for seniors, veterans, first responders and we try to maximize savings for our everyday customers to get them the best value. We work in the same area we live and we don't believe in gouging our customers with ridiculous pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide a detailed estimate based on some pictures, layout of the home and the availability of resources (power and gas). If a physical onsite is needed, we will schedule that. Once our customers approve an estimate, they pay for the material to get on our installation calendar and then pay the balance for labor once our job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal experience dating back to 1996 when I installed my first Napoleon Fireplace. Our lead technician has 43 years experience in this field. With this particular industry, there is no substitute for experience.
