The 24-yr old gas fireplace in my newly purchased home had been terribly neglected before I moved in. I tried to turn it on, but it had issues. Nathan came over and very clearly explained what he was doing while diagnosing and fixing the problem. It was a relatively easy repair for him (although I could not do it) and the cost was reasonable. My fireplace now works and looks 100% better. I would not hesitate to use Nathan again!
