- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Remod Home Solutions, we believe in transparent pricing that reflects the quality and care we put into every project. Our estimates break down the cost by each side of the home, making it easy to understand exactly what you're paying for. We educate every customer on the best paint choices for their home and walk them through our thorough prep process, which we follow on every job—no shortcuts. Each project is managed by the owner with personal jobsite visits in the morning, afternoon, and end of day to ensure quality. While we occasionally offer seasonal promotions, our focus is always on fair, clear, and upfront pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a friendly in-home estimate and consultation, where we walk the property with the homeowner to understand their goals, preferences, and any specific concerns. After that, we’ll do a solo walk-around to take detailed measurements and prepare an on-the-spot proposal—all within about 20–30 minutes. Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll support your color selection with either a complimentary visualizer tool or an optional in-home meeting with our professional color consultant to make sure you feel confident in your final decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 15 years of experience in exterior home improvements, including project management, product knowledge, and customer care. Remod is a licensed contractor—which sets us apart in an industry where many painters are not—and we’re qualified to offer woodwork repairs and siding replacement when needed. We’re also EPA Lead-Safe Certified, which means we’re properly trained and authorized to work on homes built before 1978 to keep your family safe and compliant with federal regulations.
