I have known Lexi and her team for several years. She is not only an amazing web designer, site builder and visionary, she is one of the kindest and best people I have ever met. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fixed-price packages to get started on your project, then typically convert to hourly billing for ongoing support. I offer a 20% discount for nonprofits with whom I resonate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm all about building community, producing superior work and having fun. When clients get started with me, we will meet for a two-hour Immersion Session, either in person or over video, where I get to know the spirit of your business. From there, the process depends on the project, but you can read all about my custom logo design process over on my blog by reading the article "Lexi's step-by-step custom logo design process."
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Digital Media Design & Advertising and a certificate for UX Design. I helped start up a Denver-based mobile app development firm before moving on to launch Hearthfire Creative.
