- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fixed-price packages to get started on your project, then typically convert to hourly billing for ongoing support. I offer a 20% discount for nonprofits with whom I resonate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm all about building community, producing superior work and having fun. When clients get started with me, we will meet for a two-hour Immersion Session, either in person or over video, where I get to know the spirit of your business. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Digital Media Design & Advertising and a certificate for UX Design. I helped start up a Denver-based mobile app development firm before moving on to launch Hearthfire Creative.
