- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am probably the lowest priced plumber qualified to do the work in the Denver Metro area, not because I'm a poor plumber but because I believe in happy customers who recommend my service and call me back again and again when they have home office or industrial service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
schedule an appointment evaluate the tasks perform a take off list of the parts needed to complete the job consult the customer agree on service and price, complete the tasks. collect payment thank the customer and explain any warranty that may apply leave for the next satisfied caller.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started at plumbers union local 3 in 1983 went to non union plumbing in 1995 I have plumbed at the Colorado school of mines, University hospitals 7th floor dialysis ward on 9th and Colorado, Strohs Ranch was the maintenance manager for Casa Bonita, DoubleTree Guest suites in Austin where we enjoyed earning the AAA 4 diamond award 3 years in a row. Aurora regional medical center North and south. the Ferguson showroom on 5th and Raritan C.B. and Potts, Waffle Brothers the list goes on to include a 39 office medical center in Bayside Queens New York.
