- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to discuss a price if it doesn’t make sense to a customer. That said, we already have some of the best prices in the industry considering we are family owned and operated and also offer some of the best warranties in comparison to price in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet in person for an estimate, discuss my solutions to my customers problems, and most times produce numbers on the spot and get clients in the schedule ASAP to secure their spot in the production schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done everything from knocking doors and training salesman to hiring crews and producing jobs. I am trained in painting and roofing specifically, having my D-1 Roofing License with PPRBD and am able to pull roofing permits.
