- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our general shop rate is $75 per hour, plus the cost of materials. We price jobs based on time, complexity, and material requirements. There are no hidden fees, and we’re happy to provide upfront quotes. Volume jobs or repeat customers may qualify for discounted pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing your drawings, photos, or even a rough sketch. From there, we provide a clear quote, timeline, and recommendations. Once approved, we begin fabrication and keep you in the loop until completion. If you're local, you're always welcome to stop by and go over things in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring decades of hands-on fabrication and machining experience. Our team includes a 40-year veteran in custom metalwork and a lead machinist with experience in CNC plasma cutting, milling, welding, and design. We've worked across solar, RV, signage, and general manufacturing industries.
