As a new homeowner, I wasnt sure what to expect, but they guided me through every step of the process and made sure I wasnt taken advantage of during the damage assessment. They truly went above and beyondeven though they didnt have to. It honestly felt like I had been doing business with them for years, even though I had only been in contact with them for less than 24 hours. Exceptional service all around! Highly recommend.

Elias and Patrick from Mitigation X came to our business to replace water damaged ceiling tiles. They were on time and very polite! They assessed the job, located the replacement tiles and got to work. Some tiles needed to be cut to size and others were in hard to reach spots. Not only did they get each of the tiles cut and placed correctly and quickly, they also cleaned up every little spec of ceiling tile. We were so impressed with Mitigation X for making the entire process seamless.
