Great experience! Communicated promptly, provided exceptional customer service, and provided the service earlier and then agreed on to fit my schedule. I will use them for all my pick-up needs.

Good experience overall. My only complaint is all the upcharges after starting the job and after already explaining my budget. I went in thinking I’d spend my budget but paid 175 more. I will say they were able to move me within an hour and a half of my contacting them. And right after the previous company i hired stopped responding. So I do appreciate that just wish the upcharges wouldn’t have happened I will also say I only lost one bar for the bunk bed during this move. I did have to go back to the house to get things left behind too but overall I think I’d use them again if in a pinch.

Hi Kendall, I completely understand wanting to stick to a budget. However, with a 3 bedroom townhouse move (especially with a 40 minute drive inbetween), the budget you had was not realistic. Normally, that move would have cost much more. If you remember, $75 dollars of that was a special request to drive your minivan to your new home as well as the moving truck. Overall, we did try to take your budget into account and charged you $300 less than the normal cost. We hope you are settling into your new place easily & appreciate the review.
