- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We DO accept most major health insurance (i.e. Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, United Healthcare, all workers comp, all auto, etc). We DO NOT accept Medicaid nor do we take Aetna We also have Time of Service Cash plans available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to get started working with you we like to first find out if you have (and would like to use) health insurance or if you'd prefer information about Time of Service / Cash plans It's also a good idea to know what you are looking for regarding help - i.e. if you've been injured in a car accident or if you have a chronic muscle or joint problem
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed Physical Therapists with specialized training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy
