GIDR came in and made our old decommissioned fireplace good as new. From finding the only unit that would fit to installing the gas line, they didn’t take a single shortcut and did the job right. I can’t recommend them enough. Will be using them for any work I have going forward.

Had the pleasure of having Frank in our home about a month ago for an annual service on our gas fireplace. He did an excellent job on our cleaning and service while also alerting us to some maintenance items that had been overlooked on previous services. Frank, the owner, installed my gas line to my fire pit. He gave me a reasonable price and was able to was able to come out sooner than the other companies i researched. He got the job done in a timely manner while being professional the whole way. Highly recommend for your gas line needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we conduct an over the phone conversation regarding your project and needs. We prefer to consult in person and complete a formal estimate, after which a contract will be presented and we will schedule a day to complete work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I completed an apprenticeship for a large fireplace company, I moved on from there to gain commercial experience. After I earned 7000 hours and 7 years, I took my ICC exam and passed with flying colors. After that I got licensed and started my business. This trade has treated me well and I enjoy the line of work I am in. We have big goals and dreams and we are doing our best to achieve them! We do this one satisfied customer at a time!
